Last week we completed a pavilion for the Providence Subdivision in Hanover County. This job was a lot of fun and we were able to be involved from beginning to end. We worked with HHHunt Communities, the developer, to design the structure. We also completed the construction drawings required by the county in order to receive the building permit.
The process to complete the building, in a nutshell, was as follows: dig footers and have concrete foundation poured, construct the steel columns to support the structure, frame the building, install the roof, complete the trim work, including the skylights, add the siding, create the stone column bases, and paint.
Additionally, we constructed a beautiful firepit and seating wall adjacent to the pavilion. The stone is "Stoney Point" ledge stone and caps are limestone. We hope that the residents of Providence will enjoy this space for years to come.
WestView has also installed the entrance monuments to the neighborhoods at Providence.
